Description

Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for telecom Business Systems (BSS), including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end BSS solutions for Communications Service Providers.
• Train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models with ongoing monitoring.
• Implement Generative AI applications using OpenAI, LangChain, and related tools.
• Build backend services using FastAPI or Django.
• Manage data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization using SQL and Pandas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of AI/ML development experience using Python.
• Strong proficiency in Python libraries: NumPy, Pandas, SciKit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or Llama Index).
• Understanding of telecom domains: BSS, OSS, fixed, mobile, IoT, and convergence.
• Familiarity with TM Forum Standards and 5G network concepts (e.g., network slicing).
• Experience with ML lifecycle management and deployment pipelines.
• Working knowledge of backend web development (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Exposure to cloud platforms for ML/MLOps (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).
• Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).
