You will design and implement data-driven machine learning systems to support strategic business goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models, algorithms, and machine learning systems.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to integrate AI initiatives into the technology strategy.
• Establish technical standards and best practices for data science and AI projects.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LLMs, ChatGPT, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Working knowledge of the Azure tech stack.
• Experience with databases and data visualization.
• Ability to work with React.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
