Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop AI solutions for image understanding, OCR, document structure recognition, and video analytics
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines covering data preparation, model training, evaluation, and iteration
• Implement GenAI workflows for prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation over unstructured data
• Improve model accuracy, latency, and scalability for production use cases
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into deployable AI systems

Skills Required:

• 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Data Science
• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision
• Proficiency in Python with practical experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience with OCR, object detection, segmentation, and document AI workflows
• Experience building and deploying ML solutions in production environments

Good to Have:

• Experience in industrial vision systems, document processing, or video analytics
• Exposure to semi-supervised learning, active learning, and model optimization techniques
• GenAI exposure with LLM workflows and retrieval-augmented generation

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech/M.Tech (Dual Degree) in a relevant engineering discipline
