Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing, building, and deploying scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions for large-scale, real-world business problems
Lead the development of machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning approaches
Build and optimize data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference
Productionize ML models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, versioning)
Collaborate with data engineers, cloud architects, and product teams to integrate ML models into applications
Perform model evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization
Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of AI solutions
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Technical Skills:
Programming: Python (expert), SQL; exposure to Java/Scala is a plus
ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
Deep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, LLMs
Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Spark, Hadoop
MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, model monitoring & lifecycle management
APIs: RESTful services for model serving
Databases: Relational and NoSQL databases
Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
Cloud & DevOps:
Strong experience with AWS / Azure / GCP (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML preferred)
Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
Experience with cloud security and cost optimization
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering
Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems
Exposure to Big Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
