You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms to solve business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models based on business requirements.
• Analyze and preprocess data to ensure quality input.
• Evaluate and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Document processes, methodologies, and results.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and Java, including AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with Data Analysis using Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques: Conversational AI, LLMs, and Generative AI.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work with large datasets on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning.
