Description

You will design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning solutions for enterprise retail environments, translating business requirements into scalable AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize ML/DL models using Python and industry-standard frameworks.
• Implement AI solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Develop reusable ML components, pipelines, and APIs for production.
• Deploy models into production using CI/CD pipelines.
• Validate and fine-tune models to meet accuracy, performance, and scalability standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall project development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks and deploying models via CI/CD.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks and governance models.
• Domain experience in Retail/TTH is preferred.
• Experience working in regulated or large-scale enterprise programs.
