Description

Develop and optimize NLP and speech models to enhance conversational systems and transcription accuracy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement NLP techniques for entity recognition, text summarization, and transcription processing.
• Identify intents for specific utterances to train BOT systems.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs for text generation, translation, and domain-specific speech applications.
• Build and fine-tune ASR models to improve transcription accuracy.
• Optimize NLP model efficiency for real-time, low-latency applications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and LLM concepts.
• Practical experience with Open NLP.
• Ability to develop language models that generate human-like text based on context.
• Experience managing and enhancing intent-based utterance systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Stanford Core NLP.
