Key Responsibilities : 
Define and evolve telemetry architecture, including SNMP traps/polling, EMS/NMS integration, data models, and end-to-end data flows.

Build and maintain streaming pipelines using Kafka and time-series databases, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability.

Develop optimized Splunk/ELK queries, dashboards, alerts, and correlation logic for real-time insights.

Lead production troubleshooting and collaborate with Operations/SRE teams on incident resolution and runbook improvements.

Advance AIOps/MLOps use cases, including anomaly detection, noise reduction, and auto-remediation with measurable KPIs.

Must-Have Skills :

Strong experience with SNMP traps, polling, and EMS/NMS.

Solid understanding of technical architecture and data flows.

Expertise in Kafka and streaming data.

Proficiency in optimized Splunk/ELK queries.

Experience with NetScout nGeniusOne, including dashboard creation and support.

Ability to onboard new services and verticals to NetScout.

Strong production troubleshooting and operations experience.

Ability to translate data into actionable telemetry and alerts.

Working knowledge of AIOps/MLOps concepts.

Experience with SQL and time-series databases.

Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Understanding of video and internet delivery domains.

Hands-on AI/ML experience.

Executive-level presentation skills, including presenting to VP-level audiences
