Description

You will design and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions, focusing on Large Language Models and NLP.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate APIs for AI/ML systems, ensuring scalable and secure production environments.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and optimize LLM prompts and evaluations.
• Deploy ML models using MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and orchestration libraries like LiteLLM.
• Analyze text data and build NLP solutions that integrate vector databases and cloud-native services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall professional experience, including 4+ years in hands-on AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• 2-4 years of experience with Machine Learning frameworks, NLP, and Large Language Models.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and LLM prompt engineering.
• Proven ability to deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and model versioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of LLM monitoring tools (LangSmith) and guardrails (LLM Guardrails).
• Understanding of scalable, production-grade ML system design.
