Description

You will build and maintain real-world AI/ML systems, focusing on generative AI applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build GenAI applications using LangChain and LangGraph, managing agent state and memory.
• Design and implement AI agents with tool-use ecosystems and advanced planning strategies.
• Develop and deploy scalable, production-grade AI systems ensuring secure and compliant operation.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Cohere) using RAG techniques.
• Implement and monitor agentic workflows using observability tools like LangSmith or LangFuse.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or applied ML building AI/ML systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for orchestration.
• Proficiency in ML/NLP, generative models, embeddings, and vector stores.
• Experience with LLM integration, fine-tuning, and RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI) and MCP protocols.
• Experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React.js for frontend integration of AI applications.
• Familiarity with LlamaIndex and MLflow for model tracking.
