Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and iterate machine learning and deep learning models using Python for NLP use cases.
• Build production-grade AI systems with attention to reliability, latency, and measurable performance.
• Design and implement model deployment workflows to support training-to-inference transitions.
• Evaluate model quality using appropriate metrics and troubleshoot model behavior in production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production services and pipelines.

Skills Required:

• 3-10 years of relevant experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and model deployment.
• Python for end-to-end ML development and experimentation.
• Machine learning and deep learning fundamentals applied to real NLP problems.
• NLP modeling experience, including preprocessing, training, and evaluation workflows.
• Model deployment experience for production-grade AI systems.

Good to Have:

• TensorFlow and/or PyTorch experience.

Education:  Bachelor's in Computer Science; Master's in Computer Science preferred
