Description

You will build and deploy production-ready agentic AI systems to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI frameworks for planning, reasoning, and action execution.
• Develop new tools, agents, and reference implementations for various AI agentic patterns.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to improve model performance and agentic capabilities.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and evaluate LLMs using RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Build and use tools conforming to the MCP standard.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, Pydantic, or n8n.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
• Proficiency in cloud AI services including GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks for scalable deployment.
• Solid understanding of MCP and building tools to this standard.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and deploying production-ready agentic AI systems.
