Description

You will develop and iterate machine learning and deep learning models using Python, focusing on NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI use cases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade AI systems with attention to reliability, latency, and measurable performance.
• Design and implement model deployment workflows to support training-to-inference transitions.
• Evaluate model quality using appropriate metrics and troubleshoot model behavior in production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML models into production services and pipelines.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and model deployment.
• Strong proficiency in Python for end-to-end ML development and experimentation.
• Experience with NLP modeling, including preprocessing, training, and evaluation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, AIOps, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Agentic AI architectures.
