Description

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, serving as a technical authority on applied AI strategy. You own the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from translating research into production systems to optimizing for scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI solutions that meet business line and enterprise requirements, shaping technical direction.
• Guide the development, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production environments.
• Establish robust pipelines for data preparation, training, evaluation, and ongoing model monitoring.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify high-impact AI integration opportunities and define solution approaches.
• Embed fairness, transparency, and security into all AI solutions, championing responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in C#, Python, or Java (C# preferred).
• 2+ years working with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or agent-based frameworks.
• Proven delivery of scalable ML/AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, data structures, and optimization.
• Experience with MLOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning required.
• Ability to translate AI research into enterprise-grade solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transformers, edge AI, federated learning, or real-time inference systems.
• Track record of contributions to open-source AI projects, patents, or published research.
