Description

You will design, implement, and maintain secure AI/ML and conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI/ML solutions and conversational AI systems.
• Prototype generative AI techniques including fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and multimodal alignment.
• Develop and maintain NLP pipelines, API integrations, and chatbot solutions.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and NLP training to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers to build applications on AI/ML platforms and integrate solutions into existing products.
• Manage databases for user data and conduct A/B testing for conversation flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/NLP libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, and NLTK.
• Experience with LLMs such as GPT-4, BERT, LaMDA, PaLM, Vertex AI, LLaMA, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Hands-on experience with bot builder platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Kore.ai.
• Strong development skills in Node.js and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with MongoDB, SQL, or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to implement system integrations and perform batch testing for NLP applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transfer learning and various reinforcement learning reward strategies.
