Description

You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems using Python and Java, integrating ML capabilities into production.
• Architect and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, covering data preprocessing, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists to scale research models into production services.
• Drive MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD for ML, and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers on AI development standards, system design, and code quality.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience deploying ML models via REST APIs, batch, or real-time inference.
• Solid knowledge of MLOps and DevOps pipelines, including Git and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering.
