Description

You will design, build, and deploy machine learning models that enable systems to learn from data and make intelligent decisions. You bridge the gap between data science research and real-world production systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data, performing feature engineering and data transformation.
• Design and train machine learning models using algorithms for prediction, classification, and clustering.
• Evaluate model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, and tune hyperparameters to improve results.
• Deploy models into production environments and integrate them into applications using APIs.
• Monitor model performance in real-world use and retrain models when performance decreases.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a closely related role.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with large datasets and data preprocessing pipelines.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.
• Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and hyperparameter tuning techniques.
