Description

You will design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions in enterprise environments, owning the full lifecycle from model development to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for enterprise use cases.
• Implement AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI patterns.
• Build reusable ML pipelines, components, and APIs for production environments.
• Validate, fine-tune, and optimize models to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure alignment with Responsible AI frameworks and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience in project development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures.
• Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ML pipelines, model validation, and optimization techniques.
• Experience deploying models using CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Retail domain (Retail / TTH).
• Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
