Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and machine learning models on Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents leveraging LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Build secure, scalable AI agents and integrate them into applications and workflows for cross-platform deployment.
• Advance agent capabilities through research, performance evaluation, and safety guardrail mechanisms.
• Optimize agent performance using feedback mechanisms and reinforcement learning.
• Collaborate across the stack to support backend services, model pipelines, and frontend interfaces.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI agents and ML models.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Experience with Azure Data and AI platforms, including Databricks, Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.
• Ability to build and experiment with GenAI models and agentic workflows.
• Experience prototyping rapidly in a startup-style environment.
