Build and deploy advanced AI/ML models using Python, focusing on LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms in Python.
• Design and implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize model performance.
• Build intelligent systems using AI agentic frameworks for autonomous decision-making.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) strategies and manage vector databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in advanced Python programming with strong data structures and algorithms.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and application within AI models.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and understanding their architecture.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases.
• Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and real-world implementation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
