Description

Design system mock-ups and transform automation frameworks to bridge the gap between NOC and Software Engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the data strategy required for LLM and chatbot capabilities.
• Design real-time NOC-focused CDO dashboards using Kafka streaming and CI/CD principles.
• Build reusable reference architectures for enterprise-scale CDO dashboards.
• Collaborate with customers and the NOC team to recommend key automation focus areas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Data Strategy and Automation Frameworks.
• Background in AI/ML development and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience using a design-first approach with reference architectures.
• 5+ years of experience with automation suites including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Kafka.
• 5+ years of cumulative experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, and ETL tools.
• Experience managing data strategy for large-scale automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale dashboard implementation.
