You will design and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions within the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML/DL and Gen-AI solutions for insurance workflows.
• Implement NLP techniques such as OCR extraction, document classification, and summarization.
• Integrate and operationalize Large Language Models (LLMs) into core processes.
• Drive transformative initiatives leveraging AI within Underwriting and Claims.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proven experience in the insurance domain, specifically Underwriting and Claims.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Sage Maker and Databricks.
• Mandatory experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
