Description

You will design and deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions for insurance workflows, focusing on Underwriting and Claims.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML, DL, and Gen-AI solutions for core insurance processes.
• Implement NLP techniques including OCR extraction, document classification, and summarization.
• Integrate and operationalize Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing systems.
• Drive transformative AI initiatives within Underwriting and Claims departments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proven experience in the insurance domain, specifically Underwriting and Claims.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Databricks.
• Mandatory experience with Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
