Description

You will design and develop machine learning algorithms and deep learning applications focused on observability data and AIOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design machine learning algorithms for time series forecasting, anomaly detection, event classification, and correlation.
• Develop deep learning systems for observability data.
• Integrate large language models using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Implement MCP client and server within the Grafana ecosystem or similar platforms.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and Java.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on work with time series forecasting, anomaly detection, and event classification.
• Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, and jQuery.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud and Azure.
• Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AIOps and handling observability data.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
