Description

You will develop, integrate, and optimize AI/ML models across modern and legacy tech stacks, ensuring high-quality delivery through automated testing and rigorous lifecycle management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI/ML models while adapting them to legacy architecture constraints.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure adherence to quality standards and reduce manual intervention.
• Drive technical direction, establish standards, and create operating procedures for specific technologies and IS processes.
• Lead concurrent technical projects, mentor junior resources, and advise technical leads on complex, multi-technology initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to benchmark solutions and guide team transitions to modern tech stacks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects.
• 5+ years of lead experience in Cloud and Java applications.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model development.
• 3+ years of application development experience with legacy technologies.
• Proven track record in automation testing and quality assurance processes.
• Strong ability to adapt to both modern and legacy infrastructure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical strategy.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration and technical advisory roles.
