You will build and deploy AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze team workflows to identify productivity improvements and operational bottlenecks.
• Review and enhance standard operating procedures across planning, execution, and reporting.
• Evaluate, select, and implement AI tools, copilots, and automation solutions.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows or agents to streamline processes.
• Track process improvements using productivity and performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or intelligent systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, automation tools, or workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and Automation concepts.
• Proven experience improving team workflows and operational processes.
• Experience working in DevOps environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, or operational frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams or in program management.
