Description

You will develop, train, and optimize speech AI/ML models for production environments, ensuring high-quality training inputs and scalable performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, preprocess, and refine speech datasets in collaboration with data teams.
• Develop and optimize speech AI/ML models (ASR, TTS) for performance and scalability.
• Design and execute model evaluation frameworks to assess accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze model outputs, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements.
• Enhance data pipelines and model deployment readiness through cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in speech processing, specifically Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS).
• Hands-on experience in model training, evaluation, and optimization using Python.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot model performance in production-focused environments.
• Experience improving data pipelines and system performance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
