Description

You will design, develop, and implement generative AI models and scalable applications for industries including Healthcare, Real Estate, and Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, PaLM, and BLOOM.
• Fine-tune pre-existing models and optimize performance through hyperparameter tuning and experimentation.
• Build and maintain APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django to integrate AI capabilities.
• Deploy and optimize AI models for scalability and efficiency on cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Implement supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in AI-based application development.
• Expertise in Python programming and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and open-source multimodal models.
• Proficiency with LangChain, Anthropic's Constitutional AI, and OpenAI's Whisper.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Hugging Face.
• Experience with advanced training techniques: Few-Shot Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Multi-Task Learning, and Transfer Learning.
• Practical experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for Healthcare, Real Estate, or Fintech sectors.
