Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ML models, handling data preprocessing, training, tuning, and evaluation.
• Optimize algorithms using hyperparameter tuning, regularization, and transfer learning for accuracy and low latency.
• Monitor deployed models, iterate on performance improvements, and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into offerings.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Experience with data preprocessing techniques and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Spark and Hadoop.
