Description

Build and deploy machine learning models to optimize sales and labor forecasting for restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and preprocess data from POS systems, historical sales records, and labor reports.
• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to forecast sales, labor requirements, and staffing levels.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor and improve model performance continuously.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to integrate models into daily operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with the Azure cloud platform.
• Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, and AutoML.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, or other sciences.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
