Description

You will build AI/ML systems for a Sourcing Decision Engine, focusing on optimization and recommendation logic.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML components for sourcing optimization and automated decision-making.
• Implement and integrate AI/ML workflows into existing system architectures.
• Build new systems incorporating RAG and MCP-based solutions.
• Design and code optimization and recommendation logic for the Sourcing Decision Engine.
• Collaborate on technical design and implementation of ML pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with LlamaIndex.
• Experience with LangChain.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with vector databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building production-grade LLM applications.
• Familiarity with sourcing or procurement domain logic.
