Description

Lead the design and deployment of scalable, agentic AI systems and distributed internet services in a technical leadership role.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack applications operating at internet scale with high availability.
• Design and deploy agentic AI and LLM-based systems into production environments.
• Manage the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle and cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and advanced networking.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical strategy for AI/ML-powered features.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and enforce best practices in code quality and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, Rust, or C++.
• Deep understanding of full-stack development including React, TypeScript, gRPC, and protobuf.
• Advanced Kubernetes expertise (Helm, ArgoCD) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Practical use of AI productivity tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) for development acceleration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zero Trust Security (OPA), eBPF (Cilium), and advanced cloud networking.
• Background in multi-agent architectures and distributed systems design.
