Description

You will build and deploy secure, scalable AI agents and machine learning models using large language models and agentic workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent AI agents leveraging LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Build and experiment with GenAI models and agentic workflows, contributing to intelligent security solutions.
• Advance AI agent capabilities through research, performance evaluation, and implementation of safety guardrails.
• Collaborate across the stack to support backend services, model pipelines, and frontend interfaces for agentic systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying AI agents and machine learning models.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data and AI platforms (Databricks, Fabric, AI Foundry).
• Strong proficiency with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building secure, scalable AI agents for cross-platform deployment.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, feedback mechanisms, and user interaction analysis.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and iterate in a startup-style environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing agent performance through continuous feedback and evaluation.
• Background in working closely with senior engineers to contribute to production-grade AI systems.
