Description

You will lead the technical direction for ML/NLP initiatives and oversee the delivery of deep learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set the ML/NLP technical direction and apply solutions to real-world problems.
• Integrate ML/NLP algorithms with end-user applications, including data pipelines and feedback loops.
• Maintain deployed systems featuring ML/NLP solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle from design to execution, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning toolkits such as Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with Mongo databases and cloud technologies.
• Strong background in software engineering, solution architecture, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of software engineering development, testing, operational, and maintenance best practices.
• Experience with Java 11 and Apache Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Spring Webflux.
• NoSQL, Elastic Search, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Web/Application Server architecture and DevOps/SRE.
