Description

Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models and NLP architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy machine learning models using Python.
• Implement NLP solutions including text classifiers, re-rankers, and topic modeling.
• Manage algorithm flows across multiple workstreams within DevOps repositories.
• Develop and debug APIs to integrate models into production.
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI and machine learning.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Deep understanding of NLP and Transformer-based architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, T5).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as ChatGPT, GPT-3.5, OPT, and BLOOM.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and hallucination mitigation.
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing using Hadoop or Spark.
• Proficiency in DevOps repository debugging and building APIs.
