Description

Lead the development and production deployment of enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML models into production environments.
• Lead and mentor senior engineers across technical projects.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders on technical direction.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of overall software engineering experience, including senior technical leadership.
• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience in model development and production operations.
• Deep expertise in Python and backend development.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks, specifically PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps/MLOps practices.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
