Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end machine learning solutions covering data pipelines, feature engineering, training, validation, and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Translate product requirements into AI-driven solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of best practices in MLOps, including model versioning, CI/CD, and observability.
• Manage the full model lifecycle, including performance monitoring, retraining, and optimization.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT or software engineering experience, including 6–8+ years in AI/ML roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, AI, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
• Experience deploying and managing ML models in production on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
• Proven experience serving as a technical lead or leading engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and Databricks.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized ML deployments.
