You will design, build, and deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions, leading technical decisions and mentoring engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models using structured and unstructured data.
• Build and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications, including fine-tuning foundation models.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on best practices for data science and engineering.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML development.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of NLP techniques and implementations.
• Experience deploying models on AWS SageMaker.
• Ability to design AI pipelines for data preparation, training, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of Computer Vision or Predictive Analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure ML or Google Vertex AI.
• Background in leading technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.
