Description

Lead an engineering team to develop, scale, and optimize algorithmic solutions, primarily focused on computer vision and machine learning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical development.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure for deploying and executing algorithms at scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design scalable solutions.
• Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing computer vision, image processing, and ML/DL algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
• Familiarity with high performance computing, parallel programming, and distributed systems.
• Strong leadership and experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with GPU architecture and deployment toolkits such as Docker and Apptainer.
