Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, with a focus on GenAI applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of GenAI-based applications using Langchain or similar frameworks.
• Oversee NLP applications and projects involving multiple LLMs, specifically Azure OpenAI.
• Manage a team of 4-5 or more AI/ML engineers to ensure effective collaboration.
• Implement Agile methodologies and manage Jira boards to track project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting business requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI applications with Langchain or similar frameworks.
• Deep experience working with multiple LLMs, specifically Azure OpenAI.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications.
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience practicing Agile project management and using Jira.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• At least 1 year of experience with document extraction technologies, including layout parsing, VQA, and OCR.
