Description

You will lead the development and integration of AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks across modern and legacy technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for diverse use cases while maintaining performance within legacy architectures.
• Oversee the full model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and design reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Drive technical direction, standards, and methodologies, establishing enterprise-wide operating procedures.
• Enhance test automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention across all environments.
• Lead team projects and mentor junior resources while serving as a cross-functional technical expert.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects involving both legacy platforms and new technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in a lead capacity focusing on Cloud and Java applications with test automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
• 3+ years of application development experience with legacy technology.
• Proficiency in Java and automation frameworks.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML model training and evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree.
