Description

You will lead the development and integration of AI/ML models and automated testing frameworks across modern and legacy technology stacks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for diverse use cases within legacy architectures.
• Oversee the full model lifecycle, including training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and design reviews.
• Drive technical direction and establish enterprise-wide operating procedures for standards and methodologies.
• Enhance test automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Lead team projects, mentor junior resources, and serve as a cross-functional technical expert.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading concurrent technical projects involving legacy platforms and new technologies.
• 5+ years of lead experience focusing on Cloud and Java applications with test automation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model training and evaluation.
• 3+ years of application development experience with legacy technology.
• Proficiency in Java and automation frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree.
