Description

Lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures for telco operations, owning the end-to-end development lifecycle from model evaluation to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Develop and maintain MCP servers and tools for agent interaction.
• Design data processing pipelines and ML Ops workflows using Python, Spark, and Spark ML.
• Evaluate AI/ML models specifically for telco mobile network and IMS system use cases.
• Integrate Azure AI services, including AI Search Experience, into production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and ML Ops practices.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks: Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph.
• Strong background in data engineering with Snowflake, Databricks, and Spark.
• Experience building with Azure AI services and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of telco mobile networks and IMS systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Factory.
• Deep domain knowledge in telecommunications infrastructure.
