Description

Lead the design and implementation of ML and AI solutions using Snowflake Cortex.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Snowflake Cortex-based ML and AI solutions, including predictive analytics and NLP.
• Define and own the data and ML architecture on Snowflake, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive high-level use cases across HCP Marketing, Patient Analytics, Commercial insights, Omnichannel analytics, and forecasting.
• Translate business needs from stakeholders and product owners into technical solutions.
• Manage and mentor global offshore and onsite teams to ensure delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex.
• Proven experience building and deploying ML models.
• Solid Healthcare / Life Sciences domain expertise.
• Experience managing global offshore delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.
