You will lead the AI/ML strategy and oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI/ML strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception through to deployment.
• Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and professional growth.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and propose tailored AI/ML solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management to drive adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
• Deep technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide technical teams.
• Ability to act as a thought leader during client presentations and interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science or Engineering.
