Description

Lead product planning and execution for AI tools targeting Accounting & Finance business problems. You will own the technology roadmap and ensure measurable, testable outcomes for technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage technology roadmaps and product catalogs to guide development and engage stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize requirements for AI/ML tools, ensuring they are measurable, testable, and traceable.
• Break down complex product visions into actionable projects, features, or initiatives.
• Set MVP criteria to increase the frequency and speed of new capability deliveries.
• Lead requirement refinement through workshops, sprint planning, and backlog management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience creating roadmaps for AI/ML tools and technical products.
• Ability to elicit and analyze complex requirements for business-specific use cases.
• Proficiency in agile task management, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Experience using web metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to drive product vision.
• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
