Description

You will lead the design, management, and execution of core components for AI and cognitive solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated solutions using NLP, Vision, Recommendation Engines, Forecasting, and Predictive Algorithms.
• Own the full model lifecycle, including hypothesis definition, model building, hyperparameter tuning, and performance metric analysis.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and apply data analytics best practices.
• Manage planning, design, and reporting for AI solution components within a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning algorithms, and Exploratory Data Analysis.
• Strong statistical knowledge, including probability distributions and hypothesis testing.
• Hands-on experience with ML Services, AI Platforms, MLOps, and AIOps.
• Experience with TDD practices using JUnit, Jest, Karma, or Jasmine.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud implementation experience with Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience developing and deploying microservices, data modeling, and database design.
• Knowledge of middleware, open-source tools, and production support or monitoring tools.
