You will lead AI/ML initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring technical delivery aligns with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML initiatives and manage cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance challenges throughout the AI deployment lifecycle.
• Define KPIs for AI models and track performance metrics post-deployment.
• Oversee the integration of continuously improved models into existing business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, model deployment, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on familiarity with ML frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps best practices.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Proven ability to manage resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
