Description

You will lead the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent AI product development workstreams from initiation to delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports while resolving risks, blockers, and delivery constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, engineering teams, and third-party partners to ensure clear communication.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, for global cross-functional teams.
• Translate technical progress into executive-ready updates, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Coordinate deliverables across data science, LLM/NLP engineering, ML Ops, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 9+ years of experience in AI/ML product deliveries or cloud-native product environments.
• 9 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 6 years of experience with AI/ML technologies including LLMs, NLP, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• 6 years of experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Must hold PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record managing complex software or AI/ML product deliveries.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with healthcare data environments, including HIPAA, PHI, payer systems, or healthcare benefit structures.
