Description

Develop and deploy production-quality machine learning models, NLP solutions, and conversational AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive and statistical models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Design and implement NLP and conversational AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Translate research and data mining concepts into production-ready Python code.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to derive actionable insights.
• Design APIs and software architecture for ML prototypes and optimize model performance.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML research or machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python with software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Proven track record in predictive and statistical modeling.
• Experience developing NLP and conversational AI models.
• Skills in model selection, experimentation, and performance optimization.
• Ability to translate research into scalable, production-quality code.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in AI/ML research or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
